Frequently Asked Questions

All academic and preparatory tutoring sessions are a minimum of one hour in length. 

Executive functioning support is offered in 1/2 hour increments with a minimum commitment of two sessions per week. 

Things pop up! We get sick! If you need to cancel your child's session, please do so 24 hours before their scheduled time. You will be charged the full session fee when you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. As educators and fellow humans, we understand circumstances beyond our control arise that may prevent a student from making their appointment. Please keep in mind that a canceled appointment hurts three people: your child, your tutor, and another student who could have potentially used the time slot. Without much notice, we are unable to fill the session. We kindly ask for communication and understanding to ensure the best support for your child and value your consideration and respect for our time.
